Since oranges for long-term storage are probably treated with some kind of chemistry, then for the safety of our body, they must be very thoroughly washed with hot water. It will also not hurt to pour over the oranges with boiling water, which will remove excess bitterness from the crust, and then dry it with a clean towel.
After such a simple preparation, you need to carefully cut off the zest (top orange layer) from the oranges. To avoid bitterness in liqueur, cut off very thinly so as not to catch on the white layer - it is in it that all the bitterness is. After that, you will have to cook the orange syrup. To do this, boil the juice with sugar until it is completely dissolved. The resulting syrup must be completely cooled.

Mix the orange tincture with the syrup and send back to the refrigerator for 2 days - until it is ready. During this time, the mixture will have to be shaken a couple of times, 3-4 times - how it goes.
