  • Tomatoes 300 gr.
  • Tomato juice 300 gr.
  • Red onion 100 gr.
  • Celery stalk 50 gr.

  • Fresh cucumbers 150 gr.
  • Red wine vinegar 20 ml.
  • Olive oil Extra Virgin 40 ml.
  • Cilantro 10 gr.
  • Green basil 10 gr.

How to make spanish gazpacho soup

  • Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, dip them in cold water and remove the skin.
  • Remove seeds from bell pepper.
  • Cut all vegetables randomly, but not very large
  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well until smooth.
  • Serve gazpacho chilled.
