Cooking method

  • Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
  • Stir the cheese with sour cream and garlic, crushed or grated on a very fine grater.
  • Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit.
  • Take out the avocado pulp with a teaspoon and fill the resulting boat with the cheese salad.
