
Fancy treating your family with an exotic treat? Throw a Japanese-style party and make miso soup. The dish is prepared on the basis of dashi broth, special paste and seaweed. All these can be found in large supermarkets, and 20 of the best recipes are collected here!
1. Onion miso soup

For this soup you need Japanese miso paste, Korean versions are not suitable.
You will need: 1 liter of water, half a bunch of green onions, 300 g of tofu, 4 tablespoons of miso paste, 100 g of seaweed, 1 tsp of sesame seeds, salt to taste.
Preparation: Pour the cabbage with water and bring to a boil. Add the pasta, chopped tofu and cook for 2 minutes. Add chopped onion, sesame seeds, salt and turn it off after 1 minute.
2. Miso soup with shiitake

Tofu can be substituted for any kind of vegetable.
You will need: 1 liter of water, 4 dried shiitake mushrooms, 250 g of tofu, half a bunch of green onions, 3 tablespoons of miso paste, salt.
Preparation: Pour the mushrooms in hot water for 15 minutes, catch, and boil the broth with chopped tofu for 2 minutes. Mix the pasta with 100 ml of hot broth and pour into a saucepan. Add chopped mushrooms, onions, salt and turn off.
3. Miso soup with shrimp

Store the miso paste in a tightly closed bag, otherwise it will go bad.
You will need: 250 g of tofu, 200 g of peeled shrimp, 2 tablespoons of miso paste, 3 stalks of green onions, 100 g of seaweed, 4 glasses of water, salt.
Preparation: Pour the cabbage with cold water and bring to a boil. Add shrimp, chopped tofu, paste mixed with 100 ml water and cook for 2 minutes. Salt, add chopped onion and turn it off.
4. Miso soup with fish flakes

The soup should be prepared quickly, without excessive boiling.
You will need: 4 cups of dashi broth, 200 g of tofu, 2 stalks of green onions, 2 strips of kelp, 2 tablespoons of fish flakes, 3 tablespoons of miso paste, salt.
Preparation: Bring 3 cups of broth to a boil, add chopped tofu and cook for 2 minutes. Pour in the rest of the broth mixed with the pasta, add the fish flakes, chopped seaweed, salt and turn off. Serve with chopped green onions.
5. Miso soup with potatoes and spinach

The soup is light but very nutritious.
You will need: 4 cups of dashi broth, 200 g of potatoes, 200 g of tofu, a bunch of spinach, 3 tablespoons of miso, 1 tsp of salt.
Preparation: Pour the chopped potatoes with broth and boil until tender. Add chopped tofu and spinach. Mix the pasta with 100 ml of broth and pour into a saucepan. After 2 minutes, salt and turn off.
6. Miso soup with rice and salmon

Use long grain rice.
You will need: 1 liter of fish broth, 200 g of boiled salmon fillet, 50 g of seaweed, 2 tablespoons of miso paste, 2 strips of dry wakame seaweed, half a glass of boiled rice, 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds, salt to taste.
Preparation: Pour the broth over the cabbage and boil for 2 minutes. Add rice, chopped fish and dry seaweed. Mix the pasta with 100 ml of broth and pour into a saucepan. Salt, sprinkle with sesame seeds and turn off.
7. Miso soup with soy sauce and mushrooms

The soup is eaten with a large ceramic spoon.
You will need: 4 cups of dashi broth, 1 cup of fresh mushrooms, 200 g of tofu, 3 tablespoons of dark miso paste, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 2 stalks of green onions, salt.
Preparation: Boil the mushrooms beforehand. Boil the broth, add the pasta, sauce, chopped mushrooms and tofu. After 2 minutes, salt and turn off. When serving, add chopped green onions to a plate.
8. Miso soup with seaweed

You can cook with any seaweed, but wakame is considered traditional.
You will need: 1 sheet of konbu seaweed, 30 g of dry tuna shavings, a third of a glass of wakame seaweed, 2 black peppercorns, 200 g of tofu, 2 tablespoons of miso paste, salt, 1 liter of water.
Preparation: Soak Konbu for half an hour, transfer to a saucepan with clean water and bring to a boil. Take out the seaweed, add the tuna shavings, wakame, black pepper and cook for 3 minutes. Add the tofu cubes and the mixed miso paste and cook for another 2 minutes. Salt and turn it off.
9. Miso soup with seafood

If seafood is frozen, defrost and rinse beforehand.
You will need: 4 cups dashi broth, 300 g seafood, 150 g tofu, 3 tablespoons miso pasta, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, 2 stalks of green onions, salt
