Ingredients

  • Beef - 300 g
  • Bulb onions - 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Chili pepper - 1 pod
  • Flour - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Canned tomatoes - 500 g
  • Meat broth - 1.2 l
  • Canned beans - 300 g
  • Parsley - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt to taste

Cooking method

  • Finely chop the onion and fry with pieces of beef in a frying pan preheated with oil for 5 minutes.
  • Add finely chopped garlic, chopped seedless chili peppers, and flour.
  • Stir and cook for 1 minute.
  • Combine the fried meat mass with cut tomatoes, pour the broth, bring to a boil.
  • Drain the beans in a colander and drain.
  • Put the beans in the soup, season with salt and pepper, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes.
  • How and with what to serve

    Sprinkle the parsley over the soup and serve with crispy bread.
