1. Lazy stuffed cabbage rolls in a pan

Classic lazy cabbage rolls in the form of cutlets in sour cream-tomato sauce.

You will need: 50 g of rice, 100 ml of water, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 400 g of cabbage, 500 g of minced meat, 200 g of sour cream, 200 g of tomato paste, spices.

Preparation: Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots on a coarse grater, and then fry them for 5 minutes. Chop the cabbage, add to the vegetables, add water and stew under the lid for half an hour.

Combine minced meat with boiled rice, stewed cabbage and spices, shape into patties and fry them until golden brown. And then fill them with a mixture of sour cream and tomato paste and simmer for another 40 minutes under the lid.

2. Lazy stuffed cabbage rolls in the oven

Lazy cabbage rolls from the oven are less greasy because they don't need to be fried in oil.

You will need: 500 g of minced meat, 1 glass of boiled rice, 1 egg, 1 carrot, 2 onions, 1 head of cabbage, 5 tablespoons of tomato paste and sour cream, 1.5 cups of water, spices.

Preparation: Chop and fry the onions and carrots until soft, and separate half of the frying. Add it to the minced meat along with rice, eggs, spices and cabbage chopped in a blender.

And the first part of frying stew with tomato paste and sour cream. Add water with spices to the sauce, stir and stew for another 5 minutes. Chop some more cabbage, put it on the bottom of the dish, and put the minced meatballs on top. Pour in the sauce and bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees.

3. Lazy cabbage rolls in a slow cooker

The multicooker is the same option when you set it and forget it, so it's very convenient!

You will need: 1 glass of rice, 300 g of minced meat, 1 head of cabbage, 1 onion, 2 carrots, 1 tbsp of tomato paste, spices.

Preparation: Chop the cabbage, chop the onion and grate the carrots. Put the minced meat in a multicooker and cook for 15 minutes in the baking mode. Break it up with a spatula, add vegetables and a glass of rice, spices, tomato paste and about 1.5 glasses of water. Cook everything for about 40 minutes on pilaf mode.

4. Lazy cabbage rolls in layers

For this recipe, you do not need to chop the cabbage, but you will have to lightly boil the leaves.

You will need: 1 head of cabbage, 400 g of minced meat, 150 g of sour cream, 1 glass of rice, 2 onions, 1 pepper, 2 tomatoes, 1 tbsp of tomato paste, spices.

Preparation: Boil the rice, lightly fry 1 onion and add them to the minced meat along with the spices. Grind the rest of the vegetables separately and simmer for 10-15 minutes with a little water until soft. Put a layer of cabbage leaves, a third of minced meat, sour cream, a third of vegetables in a mold, and so on until the end of the ingredients. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees, and then another 20 minutes without foil.

5. Lazy cabbage rolls with Chinese cabbage

It will be very similar, but still a little different.

You will need: 500 g of Chinese cabbage, 100 g of rice, 2 onions, 500 g of minced meat, 1 egg, 1 carrot, 1 tbsp of tomato paste, 150 g of sour cream, spices.

Preparation: Finely chop 1 onion, boil the rice and add them to the minced meat with egg and spices. Chop the softest part of Peking cabbage there and form cutlets. Send them to the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.

Chop the remaining onion with carrots, fry, and add the chopped hard part of the cabbage to them. Stew for a couple of minutes, pour in sour cream and tomatoes, and then - 500 ml of water and spices. Keep on fire for another 5-10 minutes. Pour the cabbage rolls over the sauce and bake for another half hour.

6. Lazy stuffed cabbage rolls with buckwheat

In fact, bulgur and any other cereal that you like will do.

You will need: 500 g of minced meat, 1 onion, 5 tablespoons of buckwheat, 150 g of cabbage, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and sour cream, 1 tablespoon of flour, spices.
