For soup, the mushroom is cooked for 5 minutes after boiling. Then the water is drained and a new one is recruited. Cook in the second water for 25 minutes after boiling.

It is not necessary to cook the underfloor for frying. It is enough just to soak for a day. But for a more delicate texture, the cooking time is 30 minutes. The water must be boiled, already salted, after which you can safely fry the required amount of mushrooms.

  • After they need to be washed and boiled for 30 minutes over medium heat until cooked.
  • Peel the onion and cut into rings.
  • We divide the peeled horseradish into five equal parts.
  • We also remove the husk from the garlic and cut it into thin pieces.
  • Finely chop the washed tarragon and greens.
  • Put mushrooms in glass jars and sprinkle evenly. Gently pour the onion, garlic, horseradish, herbs and tarragon on top.
