Cooking technology and quality requirements:

The water should be warm. It will be used to dissolve and activate the yeast.
Sugar is about one tablespoon.
If you basically don't add salt anywhere, then you can ignore it in this recipe.
There are very few eggs according to the technology, so I added quail. I'm sure you won't ruin the pancakes if you add a whole chicken. Just take the small one.
Regardless of any shelf life, it is better to activate the yeast to ensure its quality.
In a mug of warm water, first dissolve the sugar, and then the yeast.
Cover and put in a warm place for 5-15 minutes. Within 6 minutes my yeast froth.
Mix flour with salt, egg and warm milk.
Then add water with activated yeast and stir again vigorously, until completely homogeneous and no lumps.
Peel the apple, cut into small cubes or strips and stir into the dough.

Cover the bowl with the dough and let stand, rise the dough for about 30-60 minutes.
Here again depends on the yeast. My dough rose more than 2 times in half an hour.
After that, knead the dough and let it rise again.
Lightly grease a heated frying pan with vegetable oil and put a small amount of dough with a spoon dipped in water, forming a round pancake. Average fire.
Moisten a spoon after each pancake.
After slightly browning one side, turn the pancakes, turn the heat to a minimum, close the pan with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes, until fully cooked.
