Ingredients

  • Sour cream (fat) - 500 gr
  • Garlic - 3-4 cloves
  • Nuts - 1 glass
  • Cilantro - 1 small bunch
  • Salt, pepper - to taste

Cooking method

Put the nuts in a colander and pour over boiling water, spread on a towel - let them dry, then chop them with a knife.

Pass the garlic through a press.

In a bowl, combine sour cream, nuts, and garlic. Add salt, pepper to taste and chopped cilantro if desired.

Stir all the ingredients well, transfer the sauce to a glass container, close the lid and store in the refrigerator.
