3. Sausages in puff pastry with ketchup and mustard

You will need: 500 g of puff pastry, 5 sausages, ketchup and mustard to taste.

You will need: 500 g of puff pastry, 10 slices of cheese, 10 sausages, 5 pickled gherkins, 1 egg, flax seeds.

Preparation: Cut the cucumbers lengthwise into strips, and make a deep cut in the sausages, but not completely. Put cheese and cucumbers in this cut. Cut the dough into narrow strips up to 5 mm thick, wrap the sausages tightly and brush with a beaten egg. Sprinkle with seeds and bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
