Preparation: Marinate the peeled shrimp in soy sauce with garlic for about 30 minutes. Whisk milk with egg, flour, starch and spices until smooth. Dip the shrimp in batter and fry in a lot of oil.
2. Shrimp in protein batter

A batter based on whipped proteins turns out to be more fluffy and tender.
You will need: 500 g of shrimp, 1 protein, 3 tablespoons of flour, spices, ginger, garlic.
Preparation: Whisk the whites until stable, steady peaks and gently stir in the flour, spices, crushed garlic and grated ginger. Gently dip the shrimp in batter and fry in a pan.
3. Shrimp in lean batter

There are no eggs, dairy, or butter.
You will need: 500 g of shrimp, 1 glass of water, 1 glass of flour, 120 g of starch, 10 g of baking powder, spices.
Preparation: Boil the shrimp and peel, leaving the tails for convenience. Mix flour with starch and spices, and gradually pour in cold water. Knead a homogeneous dough and leave in the refrigerator for half an hour, and add baking powder at the end. Dip the shrimp in flour, dip in batter and fry.
4. Shrimps in tomato batter

You will need: 800 g of shrimp, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, spices, 3 tablespoons of sour cream, 3/4 cup flour.
