Ingredients
- Pear - 6 pcs.
- Lemon - 2 pcs.
- Water - 1 tbsp.
- Apple cider - 3 tbsp
- Cinnamon sticks - 1 pc.

Cooking method
Peel the pears (leave the tail), remove the core using a special notch, cut the bottom of the pear to get a flat bottom, and the pear could "stand".Place the peeled pears in lemon-sour water.Remove the zest from the lemon, chop it.Pour a glass of water into a saucepan, add black pepper, lemon zest, chopped cinnamon stick and 3 cups of apple cider.Place pears in the marinade, dipping halfway.Cover the pan with baking paper (cut out a circle the size of the pan) and simmer for 20 minutes over medium heat.Remove the pears, transfer to a plate.
