Such a sauce will perfectly complement any side dish: either ordinary pasta, or porridge.

Meat gravy goes well with any side dish. You can make cereal porridge, mashed potatoes, or pasta. Such a sauce will add a great taste to any side dish.

Gravy with meat

  • Beef - 900 g
  • Water - 4 tbsp.
  • Sugar
  • Onions - 2-3 pcs.
  • Tomato sauce - 1-2 tbsp. l.
  • Flour - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Lard (or cooking fat, ghee or butter) - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Broth - 3 ladles
  • Spices (salt, black pepper, peppercorns, bay leaf) - to taste
  • Vegetable oil

Cut the meat into small pieces. In a frying pan in vegetable oil, quickly fry the beef until golden brown. Transfer the meat to a heavy-bottomed stewing dish.

Saute the onion in the same oil, lightly sprinkle with sugar. Add the onion to the meat. Pepper well, pour in 4-5 glasses of water. Simmer over low heat for about 40 minutes.

Melt the fat separately in a frying pan, add flour and fry, stirring occasionally, until the mass is browned.

After the flour has fried, immediately pour 3 ladles of broth from the pan and stir quickly with a spatula until a homogeneous mass is formed. Add the resulting sauce to the meat, mix. Then put bay leaves, peppercorns, tomato sauce and salt. And simmer over low heat, stirring, for another 20-30 minutes.

Meat sauce without flour

  • Pork pulp - 800 g
  • Bulb onions - 1 pc.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Tomato paste - 3 tbsp
  • Salt, pepper - to taste

Cut the meat into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil in a bowl with a thick bottom. Cut the vegetables into any pieces, add them to the meat and fry.

Pour water into the container so that it covers the meat, and simmer until tender. Then add tomato paste and simmer for another 10 minutes.

At the end of cooking, add salt and pepper to taste.

Chicken fillet sauce

  • Chicken fillet - 300 g
  • Onions - 2 pcs.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Sour cream - 1 tbsp
  • Water - 1 tbsp.
  • Vegetable oil - 30 g
  • Flour - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Dry spices - to taste

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces of approximately the same size.

Heat the pan until hot and pour some vegetable oil on it. Put the chopped chicken fillet in a hot frying pan and fry it for several minutes over high heat until golden brown.

Meanwhile, peel the onions and carrots. Chop the onion and grate the carrots on a large grater.

Add chopped vegetables to the pan to the meat. Fry everything together for 3-5 minutes.

Then add a little water to the pan, cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Season with salt and spices to taste.

At the end of stewing, dilute a little water with flour and sour cream in a separate glass. Mix everything so that no lumps form. Pour the contents of the glass into the skillet. Bring to a boil and turn off heat. Serve the chicken gravy with any side dish.
