Perhaps this combination will seem a little strange to someone, but believe me - a liver, an apple and a grape are simply made for each other.
This salad of liver and grapes is good with both warm and cold liver, but I like the warm version more.

Preparation:
To prepare a salad of liver and grapes, you will need such products.
2 tablespoons of oil are needed for frying the liver, and another 3 for pouring.
It is better to take grapes without seeds. If it is large, then cut it into two halves. If with bones, then, of course, choose them. I have a sweet and rather small seedless grape. It is better to take a sweet grape, but any apple, it is important for me that it is crunchy and firm enough. I took Pineapple varieties.
Rinse the chicken liver, cut into 2 parts according to the connection, salt, pepper and fry in a hot pan with the addition of two tablespoons of oil.
The fire is not small, since the liver lets water a little, and we need intensive evaporation of the liquid, otherwise it will turn out to be more cooking than frying.
Liver cooking time is about 5 minutes. Of course, it all depends on the size of this very liver. A couple of times astir the liver during cooking.
While the liver is roasting, peel the apple and cut it into cubes.
Remove the grapes from the branch. If your grapes are large, then they must be cut, and if there are seeds, they must be removed.
Put the liver on a plate - let it cool down a little.
Put the salad mix on a plate. I have arugula and regular lettuce leaves.

Top with the liver and apple cubes.

Next, lay out the grapes.
For pouring, mix vinegar, salt, sugar and oil until a homogeneous emulsion is obtained.

It is very tasty to add a little lingonberry jam to the dressing. Then you can take only 1 tsp of vinegar, and remove sugar altogether. You can also substitute honey for sugar.
I tried to add both fresh and fried to this saladred onion, it only bothered me, but that's for my taste. You can try the salad with liver and grapes and with onions.
Enjoy your meal!
