Traditional khachapuri are so delicious that once you have tasted it, it is no longer possible to refuse them. Do you think cooking this at home is something beyond fantasy? But no! We have collected for you lazy khachapuri recipes that even beginners can handle!

1. Lazy khachapuri with milk

Cook in a pan for a little over 10 minutes.

You will need: 1 glass of flour, 1 glass of milk, 1 egg, a pinch of sugar, salt and baking powder, 250 g of cheese, butter.

Preparation: Combine milk with egg, salt and sugar, and slowly add flour and baking powder. Knead the dough so that there are no lumps, and add grated cheese there.

Brush a frying pan with a little vegetable oil, cover it evenly with the dough and cook, covered, for about 7 minutes over low heat. Gently turn the khachapuri over and fry on the other side for a couple of minutes. Lubricate with butter.

2. Lazy khachapuri on kefir

Making such khachapuri is no more difficult than usual pancakes!

You will need: 100 ml of kefir, 100 g of cheese, 1 egg, 50 g of flour, 15 g of butter, a pinch of salt.

Preparation: Whisk kefir with an egg and a pinch of salt until smooth. Add flour and grated cheese, stir again, and spread the dough evenly over the buttered skillet. Fry under the lid for 5 minutes over low heat, and then another 3 minutes on the other side.

3. Lazy khachapuri with sour cream

The higher the fat content of the sour cream, the less flour will go to the desired consistency of the dough.

You will need: 350 ml sour cream, 300 g cheese, 130 g flour, 4 eggs, 1 bunch of green onions.

Preparation: Beat eggs with sour cream and salt until smooth. Chop green onions and, if desired, some other aromatic herbs. Grate cheese on a fine grater and add everything to the dough.

Add flour last to adjust the consistency. Heat some oil in a skillet, pour the dough evenly with one large pancake and fry on both sides.

4. Lazy khachapuri on mineral water

Ideally used for Borjomi dough.

You will need: 200 ml of carbonated mineral water, 1.5 tablespoons of sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp of salt, 2 glasses of flour, 30 g of butter, 250 g of cheese, herbs.

Preparation: Mix mineral water with egg, salt and sugar. Add flour, grated cheese and chopped herbs to the dough, mix well and distribute evenly over the pan. Fry in butter on both sides for 3-5 minutes.

5. Lazy khachapuri with three types of cheese

Here the cheese goes into the filling, so it turns out even more interesting!

You will need: 200 ml of milk, 1 egg, 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil, a pinch of sugar and salt, 150 g of suluguni, 150 g of cottage cheese, 100 g of feta cheese, 3 glasses of flour, butter.

Preparation: Mix milk with egg, vegetable oil, salt and sugar. Add flour so that the dough comes out firm enough and moves away from the walls. Wrap it in plastic and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, and add grated cheese and suluguni to it. Season the filling or add herbs as desired. Divide the dough into 6 pieces, roll into a flat cake, and put a handful of filling in each.

Combine the edges of the cakes into bags, flatten and roll again around the diameter of the pan. Fry thin lazy khachapuri on both sides in a dry frying pan and brush with butter.

6. Lazy khachapuri with cottage cheese and herbs

With soft curd it will be softer, and with grainy curd it will be more textured.

You will need: 100 ml of milk, 100 g of cottage cheese, 100 g of cheese, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of flour, 1 bunch of cilantro, 1 bunch of parsley and dill, spices.

Preparation: Beat eggs with milk and immediately add grated cheese and cottage cheese with spices there. Add chopped herbs, stir and gradually add flour. Grease a skillet with vegetable oil, distribute the dough evenly and fry the khachapuri on both sides.

7. Lazy khachapuri without eggs

#

This is not quite a classic, but no less delicious khachapuri recipe!
