How to make strawberry mint cookies
- Mint - 20 g
- Strawberry - 150 g
- Butter - 80 g
- Chicken egg - 1 pc.
- Wheat flour - 170 g
- Baking dough - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 70 g
- Powdered sugar - to taste
Preparation:
Remove the butter from the refrigerator and leave at room temperature for 2-3 hours, during which time it should become soft.
Pick the leaves from the mint sprigs and place them in the blender bowl along with the sugar.

Whisk at high speed to form mint green sugar.

Pour sugar into a deep bowl and add soft butter. Beat with a mixer until fluffy (this will take about 4-5 minutes).

Add a small chicken egg to the resulting whipped butter and beat again with a mixer for 3 minutes.

Mix white wheat flour with baking powder and sift dry mixture into butter mass.
Stir well with a spatula or beat with a mixer at minimum speed.

Wash the strawberries, dry gentlypaper towel and cut into small cubes. So that while baking cookies, strawberries do not let juice and do not spread, it is better to choose solid varieties of it.

Dip the strawberry cubes in flour (1 tablespoon is enough).

Stir in the strawberries very carefully with a spatula. Try not to use too much force when stirring, so as not to damage the strawberries, otherwise a lot of juice will come out of it, the dough will become moist and turn pink.

Roll up the cookies the size of walnuts and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. The biscuits can be lightly pressed down to give them a flattened shape.
If the dough sticks strongly to your hands, then you can lightly sprinkle them with flour.

Send the liver to an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15minutes.

Bake cookies until golden brown, when they begin to become covered with appetizing cracks and give off the smell of finished baked goods.

If desired, the finished cookies can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
