My husband simply cannot live without meat. I also love him very much, but I can survive a dinner without meat, unlike him. Therefore, I often cook and always look for options for meat dishes. And lately I just fell in love with the recipe for minced meat steak with egg. The time for its preparation is simply minimal, the costs too, and the result is excellent: hearty delicious juicy steak.

It cooks faster than cutlets and all you have to do is take the meat, fry it and put an egg on top. No extra hassle. And my husband is delighted every time. Therefore, I want to share with you a recipe so that your halves are as happy as mine.

Chopped beef steak with egg in a frying pan

Ingredients

Beef 200 g
Egg 1 PC.
Salt pepper 2 g
Olive oil 3 art. l.

Cooking process

First stage: 2 tbsp. l. oils, meat, spices.

  • Take the meat, rinse and finely chop with a knife. Salt and pepper.
    Let's prepare a chopped steak with an egg.
  • Put it in a bag and gently beat it on the table.
    Chop the meat with a knife, put it in a bag and beat it well on the table.

    Now you can form a round steak.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and put the meat in it.

  • Fry for 5 minutes on each side, turning occasionally.

  • The second stage: an egg, a steak, a tablespoon of butter.

  • In another pan, also heat some oil and break the egg into it. Salt and fry until tender.

  • Then transfer the steak to a plate, and place the egg on top of it.

    • Cooking time: 20 minutes.
