Beaver ham sandwiches
from the book "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe" by Clive Lewis

These sandwiches are deceptively simple. Despite the elegant appearance, each preparation takes no more than three minutes. And thanks to the unique combination of flavors, eating them is as enjoyable as cooking!
Ingredients for 6 roll sandwiches:
- 6 slices of bread (oat and potato bread work well for this recipe, as they are more moist and therefore easier to roll and less torn)
- 55 g cream cheese
- 6 tablespoons of pesto
- 6 slices of prosciutto
Note:
Try not to store these sandwiches for more than a few hours before serving, or the pesto will stain the bread.
