Tartar Sauce Step by Step Recipe

  • Chicken eggs 2 pcs. boil it hard. Cool, separate the yolks from the whites. We don't need squirrels.
  • Mash the boiled yolks well, add mustard, lemon juice, the yolk of one raw egg, salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
  • Mix vegetable and olive oil.
  • Whisking continuously the egg mixture, pour in the blended butter in a thin stream. You should get the consistency of mayonnaise.
  • Finely chop garlic, parsley, dill. Cut pickled cucumbers into cubes of approximately 2-3 mm.
  • Mix all ingredients. Your tartar sauce is ready.
