I cooked chocolate ice cream the other day, and after it there were egg whites. I thought about baking meringue out of them, but then I came across a dessert recipe - Pavlova roll with berries. Usually this dessert is made as a meringue cake topped with fresh berries and Chantilly cream. Or bake in portions, decorating each portion separately. But in the form of a roll, it seemed interesting to me. It is also called Anna Pavlova's dessert.

I thought that there would be a lot to take with this dessert, but nevertheless I decided to cook it. And as it turned out, my fears were in vain, preparing a Pavlova roll is not so difficult. But it turns out to be the most tender, and just melts in your mouth. I advise you to cook Pavlova roll, I promise it will be delicious.
