Lush biscuit in the oven - a homemade recipe for kefir without eggs
From a minimum amount of products, you can make a very tasty biscuit. You probably already have them in your fridge. And if not, then they can be bought at any store at an affordable price. You can bake both in the oven and in the slow cooker. Baking is very tasty, tender, moist. Try it and see for yourself!

Ingredients:
- A glass of warm yogurt (any fat content, but fatter is better)
- A teaspoon of soda quenched with a drop of vinegar
- A glass of granulated sugar
- Flour, how much will go in (the dough should turn out like pancakes)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Cooking:
1. Since the biscuit is prepared without eggs, you do not need to beat anything at the beginning. You just need to mix all the ingredients and that's it! To begin with, pour kefir into a bowl.
2. Pour the quenched soda here. You can just pay it off with kefir. But, for greater splendor, you can still drop vinegar on it beforehand. We knead everything and wait for the foaming to subside.

3. Pour sugar and butter here. Stir everything thoroughly to dissolve the grains of sand.
4. Now add flour. Previously, it must be sieved, preferably twice. Sprinkle half a cup first. We stir everything and look at the consistency. If it is still watery, you can, on a spoon, add more, bringing to the desired state.

5. Line the bottom of the round shape with parchment. You can also grease the bottom and sides with butter. Pour in the batter and spread evenly on top.
6. We heat the oven to 180 degrees. We will bake for about half an hour. Do not open the oven door for the first 25 minutes. And then you can already pierce the center with a toothpick. If it comes out of the baking dry, then you can turn off the heat.
You don't need to take it out of the oven right away. Open the door a little and let it stand for literally 20 minutes. Then we cool the biscuit on the table, in the form or carefully taking it out of it onto the wire rack.
Only now you can cut. Before it is not worth it, as the biscuit will break.
Biscuit cake "Zebra" - a recipe in the oven on kefir
This is one of our family's favorite desserts. He does not need any additions. It turns out very tasty. I am especially pleased that it is prepared very simply and from simple products. You have probably heard or even tried the famous "Zebra". I propose to prepare it right now.

Ingredients:
- 100 grams of butter
- 10 grams cocoa powder
- Vanillin to taste (about a teaspoon of vanilla sugar)
- 220 milliliters of kefir
- 150 grams of granulated sugar
- A pinch of salt
- One third of a teaspoon of baking soda
- 3 eggs of the first category
- 190 grams of flour
Cooking:
1. By the beginning of cooking, all products must be warm. Kefir, eggs, oil are taken out of the refrigerator 2-3 hours before cooking. We put on the table or closer to the heat source.

2. Sugar, vanillin, salt and soft butter are placed in one bowl or bowl of a mixer. We interrupt everything together at high power for about 5 minutes. The mass should become lush and homogeneous. Now, one by one, add the eggs here. After each, beat the mass well so that it becomes homogeneous.

3. As a result, the mass is very soft, airy and light.

4. Now sift into this mass about a third of the flour mixed with soda. All diligently knead with a mixer at minimum speed, until smooth. Then pour in half of the kefir.

5. Stir, reintroduce the second third of the flour, then again kefir and the rest of the flour. Knead everything until the dough is even and smooth. If you did everything as described above, then it will definitely turn out that way.

6. Divide the mass into 2 parts. Sift cocoa into one of them and again stir everything at the minimum speed of the mixer. Two types of zebra dough are ready. It remains only to form a cake.
7. We take a round baking dish. It is best if it is about 20 centimeters in diameter.

8. Now, starting with the white mass, lay out 2 tablespoons of dough in the center, on top of each other. When there is not much dough left, about 4 tablespoons each, we will lay out not 2, but 1 tablespoon each.

9. You can leave it like this. But you can give it a classic pattern with a skewer. Just draw the stripes with the tip of the spike and get such a beautiful flower. You can experiment and try new patterns.
10. We heat the oven to 170 degrees. Set the mode "Top-Bottom" without convection. We send the future biscuit here for 45-50 minutes. Then let it stand for another 10 minutes in the oven without heating.
After we get the cake, let it stand on the table for 10 minutes, then remove the ring. It is better to cut after complete cooling.
