Arugula with pear and blue cheese is a good and light salad of European cuisine. Although not equivalent, but still a worthy replacement for the Arugula with Shrimp salad. An unusual combination of spicy-mustard taste of arugula, pear sweetness and blue cheese will not leave you indifferent. You can use any blue cheese, Roquefort, Dor Blue, Gorgonzola, etc.
For salad dressing, just mix olive oil with lemon juice. Or use the caramel left after roasting the pear. On top, the salad can be sprinkled with sesame, pine nuts, or cashew nuts. Before adding nuts to a salad, I advise you to lightly fry in a dry frying pan.
