Ingredients

  • Peanut butter 100 gr.
  • Water 150 ml.
  • Soy sauce 60 ml.
  • Rice vinegar 20 ml.
  • Mirin (sweet rice wine) 20 ml.
  • White sesame seeds 15 gr.
  • Black sesame seeds 5 gr.
  • Sesame oil 20 ml.

  • Toast white sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown, this will give the sauce a richer taste and aroma.
  • Mix peanut butter and water in a saucepan. Place the saucepan over medium heat, and while stirring constantly, bring the sauce to the first signs of boiling. Reduce the heat and, stirring constantly, simmer the sauce until medium thick.
  • Remove sauce from heat. Pour it into the blender bowl, add all the other ingredients and punch at maximum power until smooth.
